Acupuncture has been shown to help small animals with pain, osteoarthritis, vomiting, cancer pain, endocrine disorders, and much more. It helps small animals even more than you and I might realize so be sure to discuss your small animal’s’ case with your veterinarian to see whether or not acupuncture might be helpful! You may want to consider adding acupuncture to keep your small animal as active and healthy as possible.
Many owners worry that their small animals won’t tolerate acupuncture. However, the opposite is true. Many quickly learn to love it!
Here at Golden Rule Equine Services, we are proud to offer Alternative Medicine. Many owners do not like to give traditionally prescribed medications so we have many alternatives for pain, vomiting, allergies, and many other conditions. We are excited to be able to offer this service since many veterinarians do not!
Chiropractic
The chiropractic field is growing in humans because more and more people want to treat their symptoms without taking medications. They also want the same for their small animal.
We are very proud to be able to offer chiropractic treatments, including spinal manipulation, for our patients so that they can have a happy and healthy life.
We use spinal manipulation for many reasons. It allows our patients to move around better. Some owners have commented that their small animals are much more playful than they have been in years.
